There will be a District Pathfinder Fair
- Time: 08:00 Hrs To 16:00 Hrs.
- Sunday 1st June 2014
- Venue: SOS Children’s Village School Grounds
Participants are requested to pay a transport fee of K10 per person and all pathfinders to be at church in full uniform by 07:00 hrs with packed lunch.

1. There will be child dedication day on 23/11/2013. All parents with child from 0 to 6 years can register their children with sabbath school department.

1. There will be a building promotion on 2/11/2013 (Sabbath) at Matero Main SDA church.

1. The church will hold its three weeks crusade at Matero Community wall. It will run from 14\10\12 to 03\11\12. The speaker is pastor M.Muchabwe. Time is from 17:00hrs to 19:30hrs.
2. There will be church elections in the fourth quarter for new leaders. All humanity aside.

This is to inform all members both Adventist and non Adventist that the Matero main Seventh-day adventist is open for the Wednesday And Friday Vespers Worship. Everyone is informed to attend as we all know that the end is near, soon Christ will come and needs to find everyone of ours prepared to meet him, and so we need to maximise at all points the period we spend with our God, to ask for the full outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

Today the 05/08.2012 the Matero SDA Church joins the rest of the Churches under the Matero Mission SDA District for a yearly camp meeting taking place at Mundengwa Camp Site in Lusaka West. THE 2012 THEME IS "REVIVED BY HIS WORD". This entails spending time with God's Word as a result of our love for His Word which stems from a warm intimate relationship with Our Lord God. The event is ending on the 12/08/2012

1. A.Y programmee every Sunday at 14:00hrs

2. Prayer Band meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Time is from 17:30 to 18:30hrs.All with prayer requests are invited to come and be blessed.
3. Since the year began, the church has lost four members: Annie Mutelo, Mr Mwansakilwa, elder Jacob Chibale and Sr Silvier Simoonga.
4. There will be a CRUSADE starting from 5th to 26th May. Time is from 17:30 to 19:30hrs. The Speakers are pst. HAMAUNDU and evangelist NGULUBE.
5. The church is reminded to start preparing for Camp Meeting which will take place on 5th upto 11th August in MUNDENGWA. The main speaker will be pastor GEORGE MWANSA.

1. Pastor David Kayaya has finally gone on transfer to Lusaka South Mission District. And the new pastor, Maybouy Muchabwe, has come in to replace the gone pastor.
2.All church board members are requested to attend the GREAT HOPE CAMPAIGN meeting at Libala SDA Church on Sabbath.Time will be announced later.

1. There will be church board on Sunday, 08/01/12, in the morninig at 08:00hrs and church business will be held in the afternoon at 14:00hrs.
2. The church wishes all church members prosperous and happy New Year. And special thanks go to those church members who attended the over night prayers on Saturday.

1. The wife of elder Watson Phiri is stiill ill at home. It has been more than 6 months since she was hit by stroke.Your prayers for her will be highly appreciated.

All prayer band members to meet every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for prayers. Time is 17:00 hours.

1. All Departmental Leaders to collect statistical report forms and fill them in before the quarter ends.
2. All current leaders to collect handover forms from the Clerical Office and fill them in for the next church board which wiil take place on 26-12-11.
3. The Holy Communion will take place on 31-12-11 and all church members are encouraged to participate.
4. The outgoing and incoming leaders should make Time Managements together for the continuety of projects.
5. There will be an ordination of Eiders and Deacons on 24-12-11. All churches in Matero Mission District whose elders and deacons are expected to be ordained should come to Matero Main Church. The SaSchool will be conducted by the Camp Meeting District Committee. Pastor David Kayaya will conductbbath the ordination.

1. Church members to come for work on Sunday, towards Church Development Project as it extends the wall fence.
2.From Wdnesday to Friday this week, the pastor will be visiting church members.
3. Annual Week of Sacrifice will start on 19/11/11 and will end on 26/11/11. Pastor David Kayaya will be the preacher.
4. There will be child dedication on 26/11/11. Parents are requested to pay K10,000 for certificates.
5. Prayer Band always meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 17:00 hours. Bring all your prayer requests and the Lord will deliver and bless you abundantly.
6. The Communication Department is glad to inform the church that it bought the remaining speaker for the P.A System.
7. All youths to meet on Sunday for their regular programs. Time is 14:00 hours. Please
be punctual!

- The son of Eld. Twambo Namakobo is admitted to UTH. The illness is still uncertain.
- On 22-10-11,the church had a building promotion which was spearheaded by the Church Development Committee. The ZCTU president, Mr. Leonard Hikaumba, was the guest of honour. The preacher was Eld. Bedinigo Kayaya and one of the promoters was Eld. Mendai from Kasamba SDA church. About 11.6 million kwacha was raised.
- The Nominating Committee was presented before the church just after main service. Pastor David Kayaya is the chairman. On 23-10-11, Sunday,the committee is sitting to choose church officers for next year.
- The District Pastor, David Kayaya, met all Nominating Committees from all churches in Matero Mission District. The meeting took place at Matero Main SDA Church.
- Every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, the church prayer band meets at 17:00 hours. Bring all your prayer requests to the church clerk. And those who want to join are most wellcome.
- Every Wednesdays and Fridays, at 17:30 hours, the church meet for vespers.
